Add metrics to Team Edition
Good performance monitoring shouldn't be hidden behind a paywall. Please follow GitLab's lead & bring Prometheus and Grafana to Team Edition. A Team Edition running poorly due to poor monitoring isn't going to sell users on upgrading to paid version.
