Revert licence changes introduced in v11
As was described at forum: https://forum.mattermost.com/t/future-of-mattermost/25396 current direction of Mattermost will destroy community around product. The idea is to revert recent changes, that were introduced in v11 (it would be nice to keep gitlab SSO).

This is a very useful feature for teams handling sensitive or temporary information. Automatic message expiry like Snapchat would improve privacy, reduce unnecessary message storage, and help keep channels clean. It would be great if Mattermost adds configurable time-based auto-deletion for messages.
