  2. Customize the BOT tag

    Especially for incoming webhooks, it would be nice to override the BOT tag text that is shown on every message. This would allow (for instance) integrations to post to a channel as a user in the external system with the name of the system shown instead of BOT, e.g.:

    someguy IRC: hello

    or

    myusername JIRA: issue comment

    There would still be a visual indication that the username is associated with an integration and may not be an actual user, but the word BOT isn't always the best description of what's happening.

  4. Allow integrations to add buttons to ios / adroid interface

    While the desktop and browser interface have integrations buttons in the top right corner (Zoom / Jitsi), this is not available for the Android/iOS versions.
    While / commands work (/jitsi) it is not intuitive for new users.

    Suggestion is to allow adding a icon next to the / icon in the interface.

  5. Pipedrive integration

    It will help to get a notification when salesperson creates a new lead to CRM as a message with few details such as:
    - Lead name
    - contact person
    - lead value
    - closing date (if included)
    - additionally, notification when deal is closed (win)

  6. Move uservoice and changelogs to a special in-app channels

    Make at least special changelog channel, that can list what's new. Ideally, also make channels to leave feedback \ bug reports \ suggestions

  8. implement a ChannelWillBeCreated hook for plugins

    Implementing a ChannelWillBeCreated hook would allow plugins to react to new channel creation events and should make it possible to deny creating new channels and/or to trigger external services (like provisioning of a bot) when new channels are created.
