Receive simple share from other apps
Enable the functionality to allow users to easily share images directly from other applications (such as the gallery) to a channel Mattermos. I am a developer of mobile applications and have some experience with Android, I would like to implement this functionality

It would be cool to have a share extension in iOS so that one can share a link directly to Mattermost like the hipchat app does it.

indeed, this is slowing user adoption on mobile quite a bit; obviously trying to get clients to move from slack

This is a really nice idea. I showed Mattermost to a client today and he loves it. The only thing missing is to share links and files from other apps such as Google Chrome, Facebook, Whatsapp, etc.
