Add notification persistence preference to configuration file

I get notifications from mattermost and then they disappear and I need to check the app again to see if anythign new came in. It would be nice to have an option to make a notification persistent for 1 to infinity

Thanks for the great product.

1) I was thinking of the desktop notifications.
2) I'd like the preference to be a user setting. My shop is somewhat split on the desktop notifications.

1) Are you referring to the fly-out desktop notifications?
2) Would this preference be configurable by user, team, or system-wide (in the config file)?
