Add a way to integrate with Hubot
We're starting to have a lot of Hubot scripts that we use with Hipchat, it would be cool to continue to be able to use them with Mattermost.

Hi everyone,
As an update, incoming webhooks shipped on 10/16 with Mattermost v1.1. Outgoing webhooks are available now on master and ship with Mattermost v1.2 on 11/16.

Our hope is this provides the support necessary for community efforts to adapt one of the open source Hubot implementations over to Mattermost.
