Integration with osTicket
It would be great to have an integration with the osTicket platform to be able to receive notifications of new tickets or ticket updates.
In addition, it would be even better to be able to send messages to the osTicket API to create new tickets.

There is a plugin for osticket on github that is supposed to do this, but I have not had any luck getting it to work. It uses the Mattermost webhook integration. Maybe give it a shot and see if you have any better luck than I did.
