Link to a channel in chat like #announcements
It would be nice if I can point to an other cahnnel. Mostly useful for public ones, like:
free beer! find details in #announcements
but it would be even better if we can point to any other, maybe in other team too.

This is in fact available on Mattermost with the ~-sign. For instance, you can post:

It's good it's there, BUT it's a very poor choice of symbol - lot of people don't know `~` even exist let alone how to type it. And since `#` is already taken for tags, I suggest `@@` alias, or even better, allow people to search through `@` same as other people, just when they select channel, put the `~` there for them :-)
