voice channels (like discord or mumble)
Would be fantastic for my team to be able to have a static voice channel to join instead of creating a conference every time.

With lots of people movin to HomeOffice these days, this is definately needed. Skype/Teams, Discord, Slack, etc. have this. Even RocketChat has integration possibilities.
My personal preferenc would be to integrate Murmur.
But at least get something working with PlugIns so one can integrate his SIP Gateway, TeamSpeak Server or Mumble Server or whatever.

lyno offers a very similar experience as Discord. Would be great if that could be accomplished with Jitsi as well.

Especially since we've converted from partly homeoffice with voluntary office to fully homeoffice voice channels are even more important to us. I know a bunch of CEOs who'd probably switch from slack for this.
