Android push-notification play even with chat open
the open push notif library dont seem to take into account that the app or chat is open, so while having a discussion you get spammed with alerts.

New push notification settings have been added in v3.5 released November 16th which enable you to choose whether or not you want to receive notifications while online, away or offline which fix this issue.

Hi Peter, in v3.4 (released Sept 16) we added an improvement where mobile push notifications will not be sent if you are actively viewing the channel, even if your push notification preference (Account Settings > Notifications > Trigger push notifications when) is set to trigger when "online, away or offline". Can you confirm you are upgraded to v3.4?
