Better notifications between teams
When I receive a message from another team I can't see from which team it was sent. Maybe introduce a better notification system for persons who are in multiple teams on the same server.

@mattermost.org The suggestion from Philip is great : "add a Team Tabs and highlight the name when a new message is received". (On every platforms)
If anyone has a better suggestion, write a comment because I don't have any good suggestion for this problem.

In the Desktop-App, you can add Tabs for Teams. In these Tabs you can see, if there is a new Message. In die Web-UI, you have to look active if there is a new Message within a channel in a Team. It would be great to add Tabs for Teams or a Bar on the left side – like Slack.
Perhaps this is meant with "Better notifications beetween teams"
