This is a good idea, I know Mattermost is used by many users from China. Until a new version of the software appeared, you can use a not bad service document translate https://www.translate.com/services/document-translation ,thanks to it you can translate any text, I have been using this translator for a long time, I mainly translate documents that require an accurate translation
