    This problem is absolutely critical for me, I would love to get it fixed. This is a blocker from using Threads.

    Though I don't want to manually unsubscribe. The github thread says it works on Mobile, but not Desktop. And the only difference is the "extended" query parameter. I would prefer it was fixed that way instead of adding an unsubscribe feature.
