Add a setting to send email notifications for all messages in channels you belong to
I shouldn't have to be tagged to be notified there was a response to a chat folder I am a member of. Email notifications would be wonderful.

This feature is especially interesting for low-traffic groups with members who are not regularly signed up to mattermost. These people definitely need to be informed by mail about a new message.
