Allow bot accounts to create webhooks
It'd be great if in the integrations you could assign a bot account ownership of a webhook.

Can use these tricks, but they are not normal. I also hope the feature is implemented.

Include slash commands with that. The docs at https://docs.mattermost.com/developer/bot-accounts.html say "Only user accounts can create and configure webhooks and slash commands." which misses half the potential benefit of bot accounts.
