Implement emoji picker for Android (same as already implemented for reactions)
A lot of our team members ask for this feature, as using Android's system emoji keyboard leads to ??? on other platforms. Would be really helpful to have an Android emoji picker in the same style which is already implemented for reactions. The current system (typing : and emoji name) is not really working, especially for new team members.

There was a recent rework of the Andoid app UI, adding multiples buttons near the message field, but alas no emoki picker button was among them.
I don't need a separate button for files _and_ images (images _are_ files...), nor a button to save me typing @, but I do need the emoji picker to search for rarely used emoji the code of which I do not know... -

This is a necessity before adopting Mattermost. My team uses custom emoji a lot. Typing ":" first on mobile is unacceptable. Picker with search for regular & custom emoji is a must.
