The comment from johannes Ganzenmueller worked for me and im using bitbucket server 5.3.1

There is also a community integration from CGenie that connects Bitbucket with Mattermost using the Openresty platform: https://github.com/CGenie/mattermost-openresty

We're running Bitbucket Server and using the Plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.pragbits.stash.stash2slack/server/overview which works fine for us, as the API is compatible. Maybe that's something which works for you too?
