Integration with matrix.org

Matrix.org is an open standard for decentralised communication, providing simple HTTP APIs for text chat and VoIP calling and conferencing. It would be great to be able to talk Mattermost <-> Matrix!

This would be really useful for linking separate Mattermost instances together as well, otherwise each separately hosted Mattermost is a silo unable to communicate with other Mattermost or other chat app users.

There is already integration for Slack available, so should be doable for Mattermos as well. https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-appservice-slack
