    Hello, currently 5. Alt-text for mouse over isn't very helpful I can click on the box directly in such a case which is even faster than this.
    When groups start with same letters due to some sort of standard I see in the boxes:
    CI, I-, SA, ZI, ZI
    more groups are likely to come and this is completely annoying.

    It would be nice if online contacts be on top of the direct messages list and away, dnd and others bellow. offline could be hidden or in the very bottom (selectable feature). Even ICQ had this feature!
