I think it would be a great new differentiating feature in Mattermost if they had some kind of user interface that showed messages to a person that have not been replied to by the recipient of that @ message.

For instance we often have people who are not very responsive on Mattermost. You send a message “@person can you give me your feedback?” and of course often the person does not reply. Then you have to manually remember that the person didn’t reply, so the next day or two you send them a message “@person would you please reply?” and you might have to do that multiple times.

It would be great if Mattermost could build a list of these messages that have not been replied to that you can open in the user interface so we know the person has not responded and we have some way to follow up. Ideally even better would be if Mattermost automatically remind the @person that they have not responded so we don’t have to manually remember these message and manually follow up again and again.

Also it would be great if a person could see @person messages that the person has not replied to. When you have many channels, people seem to lose their minds and can't keep track of their responses. You can see that Mattermost could build a nice system here if they thought of the possibilities.
