Have the options for Team Edition to be able to restrict team invites
Currently, the option to restrict who can send team invites are only available for E10 and E20 editions of Mattermost.
Not having this functionality in the Team Editions of Mattemost can cause their instances to be potentially insecure as anyone can send out these invite links.

It is important (for admins and team admins) to be able (to have an option for this) to suppress the invitation link to be shown for team members.
Otherwise we cannot use Mattermost Team Edition any more for our activities. As an admin I want to restrict who can invite new members to a team, so it is a "no go" to show the invitation to all existing team members - as this is the case now.
