Make team tabs optional
The new wide tab bar steals useful screen real estate, introduces visual redundancy to our single-server setup (team name mentioned twice within a really small area of UI), and makes the app look even less at home on macOS. The old top of the window bar at least looked native. Please consider making the tab bar optional at least in single-server environments.

Totally agree! I have 0 need of servers top bar since I am connected to only 1 server. It takes a lot of screen space on laptop screen and is visually distracting. I guess on some platforms it is combined with the OS window top bar (like tab bar in Google Chrome), but on Ubuntu (and other Linux-es, I guess) they are two different bars.

Found this looking for ideas on how to hide the server tab bar if only connecting to a single server. I guess it's not possible to hide yet. Bummer.

You mean server tabs, right? I would love to be able to hide the top server tabs bar on my single-server setup. Lots of wasted space when I don't have any other servers and probably won't for a good while. Running on Arch Linux with Gnome.
