Include Racially Diverse Emojis
Currently, all of the default emojis (people, hands, etc) on the desktop app have a light yellow skin tone. Since you are already using apple emojis, it would be awesome to integrate the ability to change the skin and hair tone of these emojis.

I share the disappointment expressed by others. Having to use a work around to paste skin tone and non binary emojis is not good enough. Especially as those can't be used for reactions. We've started uploading different emojis, but the standard can still not be changed.

Yes! Please include this feature. Diversity and representation matters.

We all love Emmet from the Lego Movie but IRL we don't look like that. Slack lets you pick your skin tone and then defaults reactions to it. Feels right. Mattermost should follow suit.

Although this can only be used in messages (not in emoji reactions) you can already do this using the platform emoji keyboards. On mobile these are easily accessible, but you can also get them with:
Mac: cmd+ctrl+space
Win: win+period

Kind of disappointing this still has not been implemented. Guess Mattermost doesn't care about diversity.

With MM 4.1, emojis changed their skin tone to a yellow one, to be neutral. But yellow is ugly and if you agree click on that great button
