Allow bulk upload of custom emoji
Upload a zip of emojis, use the filename as the :emoji:. Parrot party follows this format. Or multi select files and upload them all at once.

Hello, a user asked me about this one today. Looks like this can be accomplished with the API but having the ability to do it in the UI would be helpful to the more casual user
