Select your iPad/iPhone settings.
Select the ClickView App settings - You may need to scroll down to locate this.
Once the ClickView settings screen is presented, select the "Playback" option in the "Video Quality" section.
You will be presented with the "Playback Options" screen. -

This now works. The video does not start directly but you have to click download. Then it opens a player. In the Windows client the video now directly plays. The only thing to top this would be a video thumbnail, but that is a "nice to have" feature.
