Use a different color thread bar for different threads
When there are multiple threads going on in the same channel, all lines are prefixed by a grey vertical bar. The only way to separate the threads is to read the reference message. If the vertical bars had different colors (randomly selected), it would be easy to at a glance see which messages belongs to which threads.

Hi.
This is how threads work in FlowDock. This is actually a killer feature and the one feature that prevents us from moving over to Mattermost.
In even the less busy rooms, having only 2 or 3 conversations at the same time is impossible without some sort of visual cue.
Related, when hovering a message, the other messages from the same thread are slightly highlighted.
Is this being planned or worked on, by any chance ? -

I think this would be an excellent idea to make it clear which thread people are responding to. The last update on this seems to be a long time ago, has there been any progress?
