  2. Allow us to make the window smaller on desktop without collapsing the sidebar.

    I am using an iPad mini in portrait mode as a companion display where I run Mattermost. While the app fits with the sidebar with the sidebar when I size it manually to cover the screen Realestate, maximising it hides the sidebar which is not useful. So please increase the threshold for hiding the sidebar by a few px to support maximising on a 768px wide display.
