   To improve the usability of the call functionality in Mattermost, it would be helpful if they could consider adding an option for a more noticeable notification when receiving a call. This could include a popup window or a continuously ringing sound that grabs the receiver's attention, ensuring they don't mistake it for a regular chat message.
