    This would be a big help. Our salespeople go AFK to look for parts or dig through parts books and miss notifications for new messages. if they would persist or at least stay up longer it would help.

    That would be great. The one bit of negative feedback I get is that people miss the notification while they are away from their desk. Our old messenger app took the focus of the screen and was very obvious.
