   I suggest you guys really take a closer look at this because it’s actually a big usability issue. In larger teams, where there are multiple users with similar names, truncating with “…” can be confusing and slows down workflow. Keeping consistency with the web version will definitely make the experience smoother. As someone working with an application development company, I know small UI details like this often make the biggest impact on user satisfaction.
